Stepping down from release and SRU teams at end of year

Hi,
Following up on my recent blog post [1], I intend to step down from the
~ubuntu-release and ~ubuntu-sru teams at the end of the year. Adam
Conrad is a co-administrator of both, and Steve Langasek is a
co-administrator of ubuntu-sru; I would suggest that Adam should
consider appointing another administrator of ~ubuntu-release.
I don't expect I'll be a great loss from ~ubuntu-sru; I mostly poke
things on request and occasionally go through pending-sru, none of which
is rocket science. For ~ubuntu-release, as well as just generally
keeping up with release management, people will need to make sure
they're comfortable with basic maintenance of the code in
lp:~ubuntu-release/britney/britney1-ubuntu and
lp:~ubuntu-release/britney/britney2-ubuntu which drives
proposed-migration.

On other related teams:
I intend to remain in ~ubuntu-archive, if nobody has any objections;
while I will be doing much less of the routine work, it's often useful
to be able to coordinate client-side archive maintenance code changes
with changes to Launchpad, and I can still be available to troubleshoot
strange problems in the way I often do today. It would be helpful for
somebody to look into
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-archive-tools/+bug/1388152, which is a
routine operation that I've handled intermittently for some time and
which is hard to distribute at the moment; and somebody else should
probably volunteer as a cron mail contact for auto-sync, which can
mostly be ignored but it's useful to keep half an eye on it to handle
the cases that can't be handled automatically.
I haven't decided whether I want to remain in ~ubuntu-cdimage. I don't
intend to do any routine work there after switching into my new
position, but perhaps it would be useful to retain commit access,
particularly for things like live filesystem building which interact
directly with Launchpad.
Cheers,
