Accept a Xubuntu blueprint for Trusty

Hey release team,

we've set up one more blueprint for Xubuntu after the first beta, based
on the bugs reported in the QA trackers. Please accept it to Trusty so
we are able to track it in the work items tracker (everything else is
set up already).
