Utopic Alpha 2

Hi,

Apparently I volunteered myself to coordinate this alpha.

I'll assume that the same flavours want to participate in this one as A1
unless told differently by a reply to this message.

Will set up the migration block and disable automated builds towards the
end of the European day on Tuesday 29th July (approximately 18:00 UTC).
I'll then also trigger an initial set of builds for all participating
flavours. After that leads can take care of it themselves.
