Because you're building it from a ppa, so it's not a remix.

A remix is expected to be built from the Ubuntu archive rather than a
separate ppa.  This is what Kubuntu did for the KDE4 preview.

You might note that there is an upcoming release-to-manufacturer of Ubuntu
for Phones, which we will be building out of a different archive.  However,
this is driven by the fact that the Ubuntu Phone RTM is off-cycle with
respect to the 14.10 release; corresponds to previous OEM builds of Ubuntu
where unofficial packages are included in the preinstall, under contract
with Canonical; and is expected to be upgraded directly to the official,
from-the-Ubuntu-archive 14.10 release once it's available, rather than being
a separate "release" that users will run for the long term.  So I don't
think this represents a precedent for doing official flavor releases out of
a PPA.
