Plasma 5 on Kubuntu 14.10

Alright, I guess it's not clear enough in my email, sorry about that,
but basically, the Kubuntu team would like to ship an ISO with a PPA
enabled by default ( this PPA is exclusively controlled by
kubuntu-members ). We would also like all the ISO build infrastructure
to be hosted by cdimages.ubuntu.com.

I was wondering if this was possible? And if the release team was
alright with our approach.
