I'm doing the technical engineering. I'm planning on the following
timetable if it's amenable to those involved:

  - Stopping automated (cronned) image builds for those participating at
    approximately 6pm UTC tomorrow. They'll be manual from then until
    the release.
  - Installing a migration freeze block for participating flavours first
    thing my Tuesday morning, at approximately 9am UTC.
  - On release day (Thursday), finishing up the release in the early
    afternoon. Please try to get your testing done by 2pm UTC if
    possible.
