Alpha 1 and Milestones Announcements

The ubuntu-release list is for release team coordination, not announcements.  
All developers, as well as others interested in Ubuntu development, should be 
subscribed to u-d-a.  While it might make sense to cc ubuntu-release since u-
d-a mails are moderated and thus sometimes delayed, I don't think it's 
essential.
