Okay, if you want one of these then you can use the
generate-freeze-block tool in lp:ubuntu-archive-tools to make a list of
touch-unique packages. Something like
generate-freeze-block -u ubuntu-touch ubuntu-desktop-next
(+ ubuntu-desktop-next since last time - this is an experimental
non-releasing flavour)
then file a bug with these packages and subscribe ubuntu-release as
usual.
