There were some comments on IRC; we'd been talking about week 12 at UDS,
apparently.  I don't think it makes too much difference either way.
Nobody objected as far as I saw.

I've amended the schedule to move DIF to week 13, and re-enabled
auto-sync, now that the proposed-migration block for Alpha 1 is in
place.
