Get
lp:~wi-tracker-configurators/launchpad-work-items-tracker/ubuntu-config/
and edit the trend_start dictionary in config/ubuntu-raring.cfg. Eg, a
while back, I did:
 trend_start = {
-	'canonical-security': 130,
+	'canonical-security': 146,
 }
