regarding "Ubuntu for Android"

Dear All

I read well article http://www.ubuntu.com/devices/android "Ubuntu for Android"

Now I am interested how ubuntu integrated android frame work with
ubuntu frame work because the tool chains are different.

I am not able to find the source for the same can someone tell from
where I can download the same and how ubuntu integrated bionic with
glibc if someone have any doc or link please share with us
