Ubuntu Studio new project lead and release manager

Hi. Just wanted to introduce myself a bit.

Scott Lavender recently stepped down as project lead for Ubuntu Studio,  
and handed over the responsibility to me.

Also, smartboyhw may be considered our new release manager, and as long as  
he's not too busy with school work (which I really don't want to keep him  
away from too much), either he or I are available for release related  
communications.

I'm mostly always available under the nice zequence in many of the ubuntu  
IRC channels.
