=== What was done engineering wise? ===

  * CUPS: Forward-ported the CUPS Broadcasting/Browsing feature for
printer sharing with configuration-less clients from CUPS 1.5.x to
1.6.1. The feature was dropped in CUPS 1.6.x upstream and many people
complained about this as this makes Linux especially easy for networked
printing
  * Avahi: avahi-daemon was falling into an infinite loop, spinning up
to 100% CPU, and not working any more when CUPS registered its printer
shares for Bonjour broadcasting during its startup. Fixed the problem by
a patch proposed on the Avahi upstream mailing list
  * Nvidia updates got reverted to resolve unity issues
  * A whole mess of greeter bug fixes (mterry)
  * Continued debugging and discussion on bug #1056300 and its upstream
bug.
  * Release Unity 6.8 to quantal with the whole stack (compiz, lenses,
libunity, bamf…). Cherry-pick then some nice fixes to have for finale.
  * Prepared SRU0 and SRU1 bug list.
  * Webapp bugs fixes
  * Updated gwibber to not do anything until accounts are configured
  * Worked on similar changes for telepathy-indicator (will be SRUed)
  * Libreoffice updates and unity-menus work
  * Firefox and thunderbird 16 and 16.0.1 updates
  * Desktop bugs fixing

=== What's about to land that might impact the other teams and release
as a whole? ===

  * Webapp work still ongoing (will likely be SRU material though)
  * Libreoffice bug #1064962 (no menu when opening a document from
nautilus or the dash) being worked out (bug in the unity stack) ... it's
an annoying bug but it might be SRU material since it's late
  * Unity bug #1065652 needs to land for release, being tested atm,
should be available tomorrow

=== Summary of bugs working on by team (reasonably reliable) ===

  * Bugs listed in the previous section, other bugs are SRU material

=== Dependencies on other teams to make deliverables, blocking items,
release wide concerns? ===

  * None
