Jenkins upgraded to 1.424 (oeniric-backport) for bug fixes

Kernel testing:
  * Added eCryptfs tests
  * hggdh to start adding XEN jobs

ubuntu-core-dev has commit access to lp:auto-upgrade-tester. New tests, 
updates to existing tests and fixes are welcome.
