UIFe: Xubuntu Plymouth theme

Hello release team (yet again!),

we need an UIFe for #961546 [1], which has a patch that fixes the
Xubuntu Plymouth theme. The theme is currently showing messages cut.

While this affects how/what strings are shown, it doesn't affect any
strings, so translators aren't affected. As usual, if there is any need
to update screenshots for docs, I will do that happily.
