These may be available, but they're non-standard and I don't believe they're
very common. I don't think we should care about explicitly targeting this
media.
Anyway, since we're unlikely to completely fill an 800MB image, whichever
limit we pick will probably be fine for the lucky few who have these larger
CDs - for this one cycle only.
