(overlayroot).
  * [CEPH] In-tree dependencies removed.

Other release news
  * Oneiric[1], Naty[2], and Lucid[3] Ubuntu Cloud images refreshed.

1023066: python-quantum fails to install due to python syntax errors
     -Adam Gandelman patch acked by upstream and working on inclusion in 
Ubuntu.

1025203: Trying to overwrite 
'/etc/quantum/plugins/openvswitch/ovs_quantum_plugin.ini', which is also 
in package quantum-server
     -Triaged, specific to Ubuntu packaging of quantum modules. Fix in 
progress

858867: XMLRPC allows unauthed users access to various methods (which it 
shouldn't)
     -Won't fix, document in bug and in README.Debian.

1020313: openstack-dashboard hijacks the web root
     -Triaged

844995: Drop support for couchdb related packages
     -python-couchdb and kombu targeted for 12.10 beta1 (won't fix in 
Precise)
