Pending SRU report

I've made a couple of changes to the Pending SRU report that are worth
mentioning.

1) For each release packages are now sorted by the number of days since
the package was in -proposed from longest to shortest.

2) Some bugs now appear a golden color if they have received a comment
since the package was released to -proposed. The intent of this is to
highlight bugs that may have been verified but not tagged correctly.
This is a first attempt and will likely need some improvements.

For example, one idea discussed by the SRU team was to add a tag to the
bug like 'bot-stop-nagging' which then would prevent the bug from being
golden colored. However, then we'd need a way to detect that a comment
was received after the tag was added. This is technically possible
using the Launchpad API but would likely slow down the report
generation.

Does anybody have any other ideas on how to flag bugs that the SRU team
should look at?

Thanks,
