* [Openstack]Tested rabbitmq-server on ARM.
* MIR for tomcat7 raised, tomcat server test case updated, and 
tomcat-server seed updated to use tomcat7.
* PPA for cloud-archive complete.
* [MAAS] celery, libjs-yui3, and libjs-raphael MIRs raised.
* Further definition of automated Charm Testing Spec [2].
* Juju Charm Store Policy merged [3].
* MIR for walinuxagent for Azure cloud.
* Query2 added updates made to cloud-utils.
* EC2 migration to S3 complete for all regions.
