gcc-4.6 upload for precise (

gcc-4.6 was uploaded yesterday, in time before the pending major kernel release
and upload.  Regression fixes only, and packaging updates to install the
-multilib packages on arm* using the multiarch packages.

The next upload will based on the gcc-4.6 Linaro 2012-01 release (current state
is one bug fix in this pending release).
