Mythbuntu release notes (For week of feb12-18)

Hello,

We previously agreed as a team that if upstream MythTV reached feature
freeze for their upcoming release (0.25) per the originally predicted
schedule [1] before Ubuntu's feature freeze, we would upload a snapshot of
0.25 master to precise.  Snapshots would be regularly updated until
universe uploads are no longer accepted or 0.25 is released (whichever
comes first).

* Upstream did hit feature freeze per the schedule, so a 0.25 snapshot is
now in precise.
   - There have been some upgrade problems found with packages that have
changed (mythvideo, libmyth-0.25-0).  These are now fixed.
   - There were some logging problems with new rsyslog support.  These are
now fixed.

* If upstream slips on their schedule at getting the final release out, we
will plan to SRU 0.25 in precise after it actually launches.
* We will continue to maintain it on the 0.25 PPA [2] both before and after
this time period for updated snapshots of the fixes branch for 0.25.
