== What was done engineering wise? ==

 * Linaro 12.08 is released:
   http://wiki.linaro.org/Cycles/1208/Release
 * PVR SGX driver updated and uploaded to Quantal (1.9.0.5.1.1-0ubuntu4).
 * Update big.LITTLE tests to use the new repository.
 * Disable reference switcher kernel and image builds in CI.
 * QEMU linux-user fixes targetting the 1.2 release.
 * Update linux-linaro-core-tracking to v3.6-rc3.
 * Fix to linux-linaro and linux-linaro-tracking trees.
 * Work on-going to fix build-failures in local archive for ARMv8 bootstrap.
