This happens with nearly every kernel SRU, but those tend to be
handled by me most of the time, and occasionally by other people
who are full AAs anyway.  It's definitely worth noting, though,
that someone who's a member of ubuntu-sru, but neither a full AA
or a core-dev, may run into problems with this particular corner
case.
