 * Port of SSO client to Python 3 will wrap up no later than Monday to
be packaged and uploaded Tuesday
 * The sync indicator is going to land Tuesday, which will allow us to
use the Ubuntu sync indicator if it's there or fall back on an Ubuntu
One indicator if it's not

test coverage
 * Bug:1034528 - ubuntu-sso-client: Remove SyncTimestampChecker
 * Bug:1037294 - ubuntuone-storage-protocol: Uninstalling
python-ubuntuone-storageprotocol removes ValiCert certificate (which is
in ca-certificates)
 * Bug:1037689 - ubuntuone-client: Latest dev-tools revision breaks tests
 * Bug:1035099 - ubuntu-sso-client: Switch to a Python 2 and 3 friendly

Still no sync indicator landed so our contingency plan is to have a U1
indicator to fall back on if need be.
