This is fixed in trunk and is RT 55322: https://portal.admin.canonical.com/55322

Once landed, you will not be prompted again after the first login. It
should also resolve the issues that Didier was seeing.

Given that the webops team is managing a datacenter move today and
this weekend, I don't expect this to land until next week.
