Now that I've been working on this for a few days, it seems
increasingly unlikely that we can reasonably land it by the week's
end. Because apport is architected strongly around an idea of
processing a single report, this is requiring major changes to the GTK
frontend with added complexity around keeping two single instances for
the multiple system errors and multiple application errors dialogs.

I'm going to press on, but I'd really like Martin to review this and
let it settle in quantal first as it's a big change after all.
