* Amazon AWS Ubuntu Images: Officially replacing the existing EC2
archive mirrors with mirrors backed by Amazon S3 on April 18th. The
delay in switching has been due to an HTTP pipelining bug 948461[2].
HTTP pipelining has been disabled in the latest AMIs, however users will
need to update to the latest AMI, upgrade cloud-init, or manually
disable http piplining[3].
