Alternately, we can all agree the process step doesn't make sense
anymore, and add edit it to reflect the reality.
I think useful to give folks a contact point if things don't resolve
quickly on their own to act as an ombudsman and steer it towards
someone who has the bandwidth and can resolve. But if others all
disagree, we can try it with just the generic channel reference.
