One more thought:

Since there is the interlock schedule now, you might consider dropping the LTS 
point releases from the development schedule and just touch on them there.  I 
noticed that https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LucidReleaseSchedule will also need to be 
adjusted for the point release change.  I think it would be good if all 
milestones were only reflected on the relevant release schedule and the 
interlock schedule to minimize the number of opportunities for schedules to 
get out of sync.
