Hi Release Team Members, 
   Have posted https://wiki.ubuntu.com/OneiricOcelot/ReleaseTaskSignup
so we can figure out who's helping with which release in advance (and
plan summer vacations ;) ).

   Would those members of the release team with archive admin abilities,
please sign up for a slot of helping to build and publish the images.
For those that can't help with the publishing, if you could sign up to
do a topic write up, that would be much appreciated.
