Script to move milestoned bugs to the next milestone

Hello all,

as per Kate's request I wrote a little script to move all Ubuntu bug
tasks targetted to a milestone to another. I just ran this to move all
oneiric-alpha-2 bugs to oneiric-alpha-3:

  move-milestoned-bugs.py oneiric-alpha-2 oneiric-alpha-3

See --help.

The script is in lp:ubuntu-archive-tools:
