== What was done engineering wise? ==
Got our first dailies last week, fixed most critical issues over the
weekend.

Release alpha-1, pretty similar to what we had for Oneiric, just
following the changes that happened to Ubuntu at this point.

Jonathan came to the TB meeting to discuss LTS status, now need to
work on the package list and talk to the Kubuntu folks to know what
their plans for LTS are.

We expect to be voting on the new Edubuntu Council pretty soon.

== What's about to land that might impact the other teams? ==
I still need to get a new LTSP and LDM in Ubuntu, for now I've been
patching our old one to work with Precise's kernel as I didn't have
much time to test everything that happened upstream.

== Summary of bugs working on by team (reasonably reliable) ==
Similar as last week, not much happened besides some upstream work on
LTSP and epoptes. Epoptes got a new upstream release and was synced
from Debian, hopefully we'll soon be able to drop iTalc and use it
instead (one of our goals for this release).

== Dependencies on other teams, blocking items ==
Currently our blocker is our LTS status, we'd like to know whether
we'll apply for 3 or 5 years.

This depends on Kubuntu's LTS status as it's one of our big source of
packages. If Kubuntu gets 5 years LTS, we'll apply for 5 years too,
otherwise we'll fallback to "only" 3 years LTS.

Hopefully the Kubuntu folks can have their LTS plan reviewed by the TB
at the next meeting followed by Edubuntu's.
