2010-09-03, Ubuntu Release Meeting ON AGAIN

After a bit of discussion on the lists today, it was felt that an
abbreviated meeting would be a good idea after all.  Robbie put the
meeting back on the calendar, but there seems to be some confusion,
so hopefully this note clarifies things a bit. 

Purpose of the meeting is mostly to get a feel for the bugs from beta,
and what needs to be prioritized over the next week.
