Python 2.7 for Maverick

I don't know if this is a Maverick feature subject to the Feature Definition
Freeze or not, but I am still planning on including Python 2.7 support in
Maverick.  If we can do a successful archive rebuild with Python 2.7 as the
default, we will likely make that transition as well (keeping Python 2.6
through in either case).
