FinalFreeze for universe/multiverse?

Hi,

FinalFreeze for main is scheduled to start on April 15th. In the past cycles, 
we had a later deadline for universe/multiverse wrt. FinalFreeze, which imho 
was pretty good.

I'd suggest to do this again for the packages in universe/multiverse that 
won't land on an ISO. Maybe April 26th would be a good date? Or is that too 
late already? What do you think?
