[Ubuntu-QC] Pas de son sous Skype mais du son avec Audacity

bonjour François!

je suggère de créer un nouvel utilisateur test et depuis la session test
exécuter skype, ainsi on pourra déterminer si c'est un problème avec skype
ou autre élément du système de base ou bien s'il s'agit d'un problème de
configuration de l'utilisateur.
