[Ubuntu-QC] fresh install help in Montreal?

Hi

I am looking for a company or person in Montreal to help me do a fresh clean
install of ubuntu on an ASUS zenbook that has a working but not 100% kde
desktop, broken ubuntu,  and  vm mac. I'd like to do a complete clean and
just install ubuntu.

I've spoken to a few computer repair places but they know nothing about
linux. Are there any professional services in Montreal? or anyone willing to
to help for a small fee?

Ideally I'd like to learn as much as i can as well but that is only
secondary.

Any recommendations on good resources for learning how to admin your own
computer would be appreciated too! I use linux at work but the IT dept looks
after all the tech stuff so I only know a few bits and pieces.
