No, no difference at all. Probably this used by people who
participate too much in social networks. <br>
Also it is a good practice when a user has a username that can be
confused when mentioned between other words. Think a username like
"bad attitude". <br>
So the @ symbol is used like a markup for usernames in general. <br>
