Problem Reporting

Dear Ladies/Sirs, 

Users report problems.  That is our contribution. 

Your bug report system is one of the most confusing and complicated
things I experienced. After chasing my tail through the bug reporting
options in my system, and then through several pages of your websites, I
finally gave up. 

If you are serious about getting feedback from your users, make it
simple.  Look at how Mozilla does it.
