Newbie: How to report a bug? Installing KiCad makes Ubuntu 18.04 unbootable

Reboot and select Advanced Options for Ubuntu from the grub boot menu.
Then select to enter a root command shell.  From there you can login
and uninstall the application.  Then use ppa-purge to get rid of the
ppa and apt autoremove to get rid of anything else it installed.
