Ubuntu 19.04 Firefox

Hello,
Has a bug been reported for the following issue Firefox when first opened
in Ubuntu 19.04 must be
clicked on in before anything can be typed into the address bar?  This is
not an issue if you use the firejail firefox command.   I currently have
two installs of Ubuntu 19.04 installed on two different computers this
occurs on both of them.  Does a bug need to be reported for this issue?
