Keep in mind this: unless you can show that this issue also happens in
Pure Ubuntu, then no, this should be filed with Mint and not here in Ubuntu.
Only if the issue is replicated in an actual Ubuntu (or supported Ubuntu
derivative, of which Mint is not a supported derivative) can you report
the issue here in Ubuntu.
