Ubuntu update breaks youtube videos

Hi,

Enquiring if I can submit this as an issue:

This morning's update of chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra from <63.0.3239.132-0ubuntu0.16.04.1> to  <64.0.3282.119-0ubuntu0.16.04.1> completely broke my browser's ability to play any youtube videos. Just get a blank screen. After I rolled back everything was fine again.

Environment: OS - Mint 18.3 (Ubuntu LTS 16.04.3); Browser - Opera 50.0.2762.67.
