Lost in bugreport

If this problem were affecting me, I would try an Ubuntu Mate install image
to see if the same bad layout is offered there.

Then assuming it is, I would report it against the appropriate package, I
guess from the live cd version, using ubuntu-bug.

Unfortunately I'm not sure which is the "appropriate" package. Maybe
someone on this list can suggest the correct answer.
