call for testing: ipfs snap

Hello!

IPFS 0.4.7 was released last week. I have just pushed it to the
candidate channel. Sorry for the delay, I have been slacking a little
here.

If you have a few spare minutes, please help running the update tests
to make sure we can push this version safely to the stable channel:
