call for testing: ipfs snap

Thanks to everybody who helped testing!

I've just pushed ipfs v0.4.4 to the stable channel.

To get it:

$ sudo snap install ipfs

I've also pushed v0.4.5-pre1 as the new --candidate, and every night
the latest master is being pushed to the edge channel. So if you would
like to help the IPFS community, feel free to continue testing.
