Given that Wily is completely EOL in a few days, I doubt you're going to
get any traction on this.  If this is that critical, your best course is to
re-try on Xenial and open this bug against that.  Or go to Trusty and/or
Yakkety and verify if it is or is not resolved there since both the Trusty
and Ubuntu tasks are also marked Fix Released.
