please upgrade usb-creator-gtk to 0.3.2 in 14.04.4 and 14.04.5 LTS

Hi flocculant,

I understand from from link, that it will not be possible to upgrade
usb-creator-gtk for 14.04.4. But I still hope there will be time to test
version 0.3.2 thoroughly for 14.04.4 LTS.
