For example, how to make the following bug active for Lubuntu Xenial?

'The prompt asking for media removal is not shown at the end of the
installation'
I think 'the splash screen' cannot show the text. When booted without
the boot option 'splash' I can see the prompt.
Or should I create another bug report?
