Removing animation from the ubuntu software center

Saq, that's a pretty open question :-) It's also much more developer
oriented, so I suggest asking the project maintainers and/or browsing the
code yourself and hacking away. Either way ubuntu-devel is a better place
to ask this. That said, good luck with hacking.
